MS, CCC-SLP, CBIS, ADHD-RSP
ProADHD Coach
Amber holds a Master of Science degree in speech-language pathology. She has spent nearly a decade professionally serving neurodiverse adolescents and adults through rehabilitative and habilitative services targeting attention, memory, cognitive-communication skills, and executive function as a licensed speech-language pathologist. She is a certified brain injury specialist (CBIS) and certified ADHD rehabilitation services provider (ADHD-RSP). Her clients have included high school and college students, professionals in a wide variety of fast-paced careers, business owners, trades workers, working and stay-at-home parents, and retirees. Her background in ADHD is both professional and personal, having a spouse and child with ADHD. Amber has a true passion for serving clients who are intellectually gifted but experience daily struggles in everyday life that do not seem a match for their self-perceived (and often societally perceived) potential. She understands the need for practical tools that can be realistically applied and tailored to an individual’s unique strengths, weaknesses, and life demands. Amber’s work approach is genuine, personal, articulate, and efficient, making her well-suited to help others develop real-life strategies to manage communication challenges and executive dysfunction at home, work, and beyond!
Amber’s faith and family are most important to her. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, reading, listening to music or podcasts, baking, being outdoors (when it’s not 30 degrees below zero…), and having meaningful connection with others, especially over a warm cup of coffee. (Since kids, she rarely gets to enjoy the luxury of a truly hot beverage!)
